Job Description

• They are seeking an experienced Microsoft Collaboration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, and collaboration technologies.
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments across conference rooms, training spaces, and executive meeting environments.
• Configure and manage Teams Phone, Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect solutions.
• Lead migration initiatives from legacy telephony and conferencing platforms to Microsoft Teams.
• Deploy and support certified Teams Rooms hardware from vendors such as Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Lenovo, Cisco, Neat, and Yealink.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice, Teams Rooms deployment, management, migration/implementation, conferencing technologies, and integration with enterprise telephony environments.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft collaboration platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Teams Rooms.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Phone, and Teams Rooms
• Experience with SIP telephony environments and Voice migrations and telephony modernization
• Experience managing Teams Room devices and room-based AV technologies.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, QoS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls.
