10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles

Strong hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — multi-cloud experience preferred

Deep experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI

Expert-level proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)

Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar)

Solid understanding of networking, security, and identity/access management in cloud environments

Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk)

Strong knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

Experience with GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux)

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) is a plus

Proven experience leading incident management, RCA, and building resilient systems

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
