Overview
We are looking for specializing in Telco commercial transformation. You will design scalable BSS lead-to-quote-to-cash architectures connecting commercial operations with modern cloud platforms. Deep domain expertise in Telco commercial models and strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud / Revenue Cloud are required.
We are looking for specializing in Telco commercial transformation. You will design scalable BSS lead-to-quote-to-cash architectures connecting commercial operations with modern cloud platforms. Deep domain expertise in Telco commercial models and strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud / Revenue Cloud are required.
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Define end-to-end target architectures for Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Product Catalog, and Billing across B2B, B2C, and subscription models.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as SME for Salesforce Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud, designing integrations with core networks, ERPs, and middleware.
- Governance: Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints, establish technical standards, and lead architecture reviews.
Qualifications & RequirementsRequired
- Telco Domain: 6+ years in solution architecture with focus on Telecommunications BSS and Quote-to-Cash.
- Salesforce: Proven experience in Salesforce Communication Cloud (EPC, CPQ, OM) and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Integration & Standards: Expertise in APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and TM Forum Open APIs / SID.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Zuora: Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing / Revenue.
- GCP: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Apigee, Pub/Sub, BigQuery) for enterprise integration.
- Certifications: Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional or CPQ Specialist
