Job Description
Seeking a Network Operations Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise networks. The candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain routing/switching, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and WAN connectivity in a high-volume network environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Configure and support firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN.
- Perform packet capture and network traffic analysis using Wireshark or similar tools.
- Monitor and analyze network logs using Splunk or equivalent tools.
- Support WAN circuits and coordinate with telecom/circuit vendors.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and enterprise networking issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential network problems.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and network activities while communicating with stakeholders.

- CCNA certification – Mandatory
- Strong enterprise network troubleshooting experience
