Job Description
- MUST have recent Workers’ Compensation experience within healthcare
- Claims adjuster is their main customer-- having an understanding of this
- Need to have the ability to present to executive stakeholders-- only a 250 person company
- Nice to have: Reporting experience
- Must have experience with Visily tool recently
- Must be familiar with Microsoft environments (since MTI America is a Microsoft environment)
- Jira, confluence
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst.
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive consensus across business and technical teams.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable asking difficult questions, identifying gaps, and constructively challenging stakeholder assumptions.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
