Organizational Change Management Lead - SAP Source to Pay
We have two positions, one is OCM and Source to pay and the other is OCM Manufacturing.
About the job
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management Lead for an initial 6-month contract opportunity supporting a large-scale SAP transformation.
Suitable candidates will have the following:
- Extensive Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Deep SAP Source to Pay (STP/S2P) experience is required. Candidates must have significant experience focused specifically within Source to Pay rather than general SAP experience with limited STP exposure
- Strong SAP S/4HANA experience with knowledge of Source to Pay, Procure to Pay (P2P), procurement, and related business processes
- Experience developing and executing OCM strategies, change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, readiness plans, and adoption strategies
- Strong experience with change communications, executive engagement, leadership alignment, change networks, and champion programs
- Experience developing change governance frameworks and contributing to training and enablement strategies
- Proven experience leading multiple large-scale, technology-enabled business transformations within complex or global organizations
