Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to support, enhance, and administer Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules, integrations, forecasting, automation, and financial planning solutions.
This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable EPM solutions, optimize existing processes, and implement continuous improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including:
- PBCS / EPBCS
- FCCS
- EDMCS
- Narrative Reporting
- Experience with Groovy scripting, Calculation Scripts, REST APIs, and EPM Automate
- Strong knowledge of Data Integration, Data Management, and EPM Agents
- Experience with Oracle EPM forecasting capabilities and Machine Learning / AI features
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, SQL, and Essbase
- Experience with Hyperion reporting tools
- Ability to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize EPM applications and integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, enhance, and administer Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Design and maintain integrations between EPM and external systems.
- Develop automation solutions using Groovy, REST APIs, EPM Automate, and Calculation Scripts.
- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Configure and maintain Data Integration, Data Management, and EPM Agents.
- Develop and optimize Essbase calculations, business rules, and reporting solutions.
- Leverage Oracle EPM forecasting, AI, and machine learning capabilities where applicable.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing production administration.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve EPM performance and usability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion / EPM implementations and upgrades.
- Experience working in enterprise financial planning and reporting environments.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Experience working in Agile/project-based environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
