Roles & Responsibilities
8+ years Salesforce development experience with strong Salesforce CPQ, Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Visualforce, Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud; hands-on CPQ configuration, integrations (REST/SOAP), ERP/Billing systems, Copado, Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, Salesforce security, troubleshooting and stakeholder management; Platform Developer I required, Admin/PD II preferred.
Salesforce Developer+ Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to support complex sales processes.
- Configure and maintain Products, Bundles, Price Books, Product Rules, Price Rules, Discounts, and Approval Processes.
- Develop custom Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to extend CPQ functionality.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, Billing, Order Management, and external systems.
- Configure Contracting, Amendments, Renewals, and Subscription Management.
- Create and maintain Quote Templates and Document Generation solutions.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Act as a primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and offshore development teams, ensuring clear requirements, timely delivery, and effective communication.
- Provide regular status updates, technical documentation, design artifacts, and project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Support critical business operations and ensure platform stability across multiple regions and time zones.
- Continuously identify opportunities for platform improvements, automation, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex Programming
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
- Visualforce
- Salesforce APIs & Integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals).
- Hands-on experience with Copado, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP services.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
