Job Description
Experienced ACI MTS Engineer with expertise in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing ACI Worldwide payment processing applications. Skilled in managing mission-critical payment transaction systems, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring high availability of banking and financial services infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support ACI MTS payment processing platforms.
Monitor payment transaction flows and resolve production incidents.
Configure, deploy, and maintain ACI MTS applications and related components.
Perform root cause analysis for application and transaction failures.
Support payment processing for Wire, SWIFT, ACH, and other payment channels.
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams during incidents and releases.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and environment refresh activities.
Ensure compliance with banking, security, and regulatory standards.
Review logs, transaction files, queues, and interfaces to ensure seamless processing.
Participate in disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning.
Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
Provide 24x7 production support as required.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong experience with ACI MTS (Master Terminal System).
Knowledge of electronic payments and banking applications.
Hands-on expertise with:
Linux/Unix
Oracle/SQL databases
Shell scripting
Application monitoring tools
File transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP)
Understanding of payment message formats:
ISO 8583
ISO 20022
SWIFT MT/MX
Experience with middleware and integration technologies.
Functional Skills
Payment processing operations.
Incident and problem management.
Change and release management.
Production support and troubleshooting.
Banking and financial services domain knowledge
