We are seeking curious, outcome-focused engineers with a product mindset for a high-visibility initiative. This role involves building and deploying production-ready, AI-powered services using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering tangible results and solving practical, real-world problems. This role has good potential for full-time conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-ready, AI-powered services using Generative AI.
- Work as a strong backend engineer on the GenAI stack.
- Focus on delivering outcomes and tangible results rather than just output.
- Demonstrate a product-oriented mindset by understanding and explaining the business case behind technical work.
- Engage in unit and functional testing to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and articulate technical concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in unit and functional testing.
- Some experience coding with AI.
- Ability to work onsite in Bentonville 4 days per week, with an initial allowance for relocation time.
- Strong communication skills.
