Job Description
Provide L2L3 support for Maximo issues via ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA escalate critical issues.
Perform RCA on recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
Develop and customize Maximo apps, workflows, scripts, and escalations.
Configure Maximo objects apps, attributes, relationships, domains.
Develop Java classes and MBOMBOSet extensions for business rules.
Build and maintain integrations using MIF object structures, services.
Write SQL queries to pull from database.
