Job Description

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for GFiber systems and networking devices, including Routers, BNGs, OLTs, and GPON/XGS-PON.
• Validate the performance, scalability, and reliability of service-provider networking solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex networking issues.
• Test, troubleshoot, and automate networking devices and systems.
• Hands-on testing experience with GPON, XGS-PON, OLTs, Routers, and Switches.
• Experience with automation coding, preferably using Python or similar languages.
• Experience testing carrier-grade networking devices.
• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 protocols, including Ethernet, VLANs, IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, and IS-IS.
• Experience using traffic generators and network analysis tools, such as Ixia.
