Job Description
Associate's degree and a minimum exp of systems analysis and/or application development work experience OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum exp of systems analysis and/or application development work experience. In lieu of a degree, a combined education and/or relevant work experience, including a minimum years of systems analysis and/or application development work experience.
Responsibilities:
Professional proficiency in Java and/or Python with experience developing enterprise applications.
Experience developing applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
SQL and Database Development
Experience with source control tools such as Git and collaborative software development practices including code reviews.
Understanding of object-oriented design principles and modern software development methodologies.
Education and Experience Preferred
Experience developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience working in a team environment.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to multitask on moderately complex projects.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with React and modern front-end development frameworks (preferred).
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
