Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot Microservices, and database development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Experience with Azure Cloud technologies is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
· Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Participate in architecture, design reviews, and code reviews.
· Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams.
· Follow Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
· Contribute to CI/CD implementation and application modernization initiatives.
Required Experience
· 7+ years of experience in Java application development.
· Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
· Proven experience building cloud-ready, distributed systems and microservices.
Required Technical Skills
Core Java
· Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JVM, and Performance Tuning.
· Experience with Java 8+ features including Streams, Lambda Expressions, and Functional Programming.
Spring Ecosystem
Hands-on expertise with:
· Spring Boot
· Spring MVC
· Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
· Spring Security
· Spring Cloud
Microservices
· Design and development of Microservices-based architectures.
· REST API design and implementation.
· Service communication patterns, resiliency, fault tolerance, and distributed system concepts.
Databases
Strong experience with:
· Oracle
· SQL Server
Expertise in:
· SQL
· Schema design
· Query optimization
· Stored procedures
· Performance tuning
DevOps & Tools
· Git
· Maven/Gradle
· Jenkins
· SonarQube
· CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Skills
· Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
· Exposure to API Gateway and event-driven architectures.

· Knowledge of security best practices and OAuth/JWT authentication.
