Job Description
AMG is seeking an AI Business Systems Analyst to support AI adoption, digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technology solutions while helping identify opportunities for Generative AI, RPA, automation, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into use cases, user stories, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Identify manual processes and recommend AI, RPA, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
- Support Generative AI, AI agents, Copilot, and automation initiatives.
- Work with enterprise applications, CRM platforms, and system integrations; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Support SDLC, testing, UAT, defect tracking, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Track AI initiative performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of Business Analysis / Systems Analysis / Digital Transformation experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, RPA, automation, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, AI Agents, or Agentic Workflows.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar.
- Knowledge of CRM, enterprise systems, integrations, preferably Salesforce.
- SDLC, UAT, testing, defect management experience.
- Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel / SQL.
- Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Technology, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
