Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for a pod of 3-5 developers in Sales/Service cloud
- Recommend solutions for a given set of requirements
- Articulate trade-offs in choosing one solution over another
- Design, build and implement complex, secure and scalable solutions
- Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce, Lightning, Heroku and integration / ETL technologies
- Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies
- Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings
- Resolve technical challenges faced by the team in Infrastructure and Architecture.
- Analyze existing workflows and come-up with improved design and flows.
- Troubleshoot mission critical incidents in production environment.
- Advocate best practices in Salesforce deployment and release management
