Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with strong Banking Domain expertise and hands-on experience in Java Selenium Automation. The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on Java Selenium automation experience for UI testing.

Key Responsibilities
·Develop, execute, debug, and maintain Java Selenium automation scripts for UI testing.
·Perform functional and regression testing activities within an Agile/Scrum environment.
·Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation.
·Manage and track defects throughout the complete defect lifecycle.
·Use Rally for defect tracking, test management, reporting, and project coordination.
·Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status to project stakeholders.
·Participate in and handle defect triage calls with development, QA, business, and client teams.
·Collaborate with clients and offshore teams to clarify requirements, testing expectations, and defects.
·Support Agile ceremonies including Scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
·Coordinate testing activities and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines.
·Identify automation issues, troubleshoot script failures, and ensure successful regression execution.
·Maintain a high standard of testing quality while working independently and collaboratively.
Required Experience
·8–10+ years of overall IT/QA experience
·5+ years of hands-on Java Selenium automation experience
·Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services
·Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
·Strong Functional Testing and Defect Management experience
·Experience with Rally
·Strong communication and client-facing skill
