This role is going to inherit ownership of a portfolio of Power BI dashboards that support our Member & Provider Services (MPS) organization. While these are some of the most used dashboards in the entire company, they are far from perfect. Many need consolidation and a new vision. I’m looking for seasoned capabilities, thought leadership, curiosity, and willingness to stay flexible during a season of transformation.
Must Haves:
Power BI
SQL
Comfort with AI tools

- Executive dashboards, data visualization, and advanced DAX
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Complex SQL dev from scratch; Database views; query optimization
- Demonstrated Capabilities:
- Project/development leadership
- Business impact
- Stakeholder partnership; polished communication
Preferred:
- Healthcare data experience
- Customer Service / Call Center Analytics
- Comfort with Modern Analytics Tech Stack
- Snowflake, Git, AI-assisted dev, AI Agents, cloud-based analytics platforms
- Enterprise Data Asset development
- KPI design & development
- Analytical/Reporting Conventions
- Complex “business” logic
