- The role involves designing and modernizing enterprise BI solutions, leading Tableau-to-Power BI migration initiatives, developing dashboards and reports, enabling self-service analytics, and driving reporting standardization across the organization.
Required Skills:
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Data Products. Drive analytics transformation initiatives, including Tableau-to-Power BI migration programs, enterprise reporting standardization, and self-service BI enablement.
- 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with Tableau-to-Power BI migrations
- Strong SQL, DAX, data modeling, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
