Must have 5+ years of experience implementing or managing solutions in Workday: Extensive experience in handling Workday solutions along with program level solutioning and effort estimation.

4+ years of experience configuring Workday HCM, with demonstrated technical experience: Proven expertise in configuring Workday Human Capital Management and integrating with multiple applications end to end including post production support including complex Studio builds

2+ years of experience supporting other Workday products (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning): Experience in supporting various Workday modules specifically Workday Studio.

Designing and developing integrations using various Workday tools, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and primarily Workday Studio.

Utilizing XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations), often specifically XSLT 3.0, to transform XML data from Workday into the format required by external systems, and vice versa.

Create and manage the transformation of data between different formats (From Workday's internal structure to a flat file, JSON, csv, delimited files or another system's format)

Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.

Working on complex studio designs and suggest improvement pointers from performance point of view.

Configuring security groups and policies for integrations and participating in bi-annual Workday releases and updates along with annual maintenance check lists.

Deep HR domain expertise and ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions: Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to implement them technically.
