Job Description
Scrum Master/Sr. BA who has HCB experience with member/claims and must have strong SQL data analyst experience
Must Have:
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
- Data Warehousing experience
- Data/Business Analyst experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Scrum Master experience
- Ability to perform a dual role as Scrum Master and Data/Business Analyst
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand end-to-end data flows, identify dependencies, assess risks, and develop actionable plans to ensure successful delivery
Nice-to-Have:
- Aetna or other healthcare payer experience
- Experience with Claims, Provider, Pharmacy, and Care Management data domains
- Experience working in GCP or another cloud environment
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or SAFe)
- Experience with JIRA
