Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Guidewire Billing center applications and integrations.
- Configure and enhance workflows, business rules, batch processes, plugins, and web services.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Guidewire Integration Framework, XML, Messaging, and APIs.
- Perform unit testing (GUnit/JUnit), troubleshooting, bug fixes, and code reviews.
- Support software upgrades, code merges, environment management, and release activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable insurance solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Guidewire Billingcenter Development.
- Proficiency in Gosu and Java programming.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integrations, Web Services, XML, Messaging, and Batch Processing.
- Knowledge of J2EE Application Servers, RDBMS, and Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, WebMethods, WebSphere ESB, etc.).
- Good understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and policy administration processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, source control, and release management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing reusable APIs, adapters, and integration components.
- Exposure to Guidewire upgrades and multi-tier application architectures.
- Ability to lead development teams and work across onshore/offshore teams.
- Guidewire certifications are preferred.
