Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of senior software developers in an Agile environment.
- Design and build scalable, reusable frameworks for global regulatory applications.
- Lead modernization of legacy Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Camel platforms to AWS/GCP cloud-native architectures.
- Design high-volume, low-latency data pipelines and event-driven systems using Kafka and Spark.
- Drive microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD, distributed systems, and high-performance APIs.
- Integrate Agentic AI into software development for automation, testing, code generation, and operational efficiency.
- Architect secure B2B integrations with regulators, clearinghouses, and institutional clients.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to deliver regulatory solutions.
- Strong financial domain knowledge across Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, and FX.
- Knowledge of regulations such as Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, EMIR, and SFTR.
- Hands-on experience with Java/Scala/C#, AWS/GCP, Kafka, Spark, and distributed systems.
- Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex or similar Agentic AI frameworks is preferred.
