Job Description
SAP MM Lead (S2S)
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead with strong expertise in Source-to-Settle (S2S) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and SAP S/4HANA transformation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP MM configuration experience, strong integration knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and functional SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis for S2S processes.
- Design and configure SAP MM solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Support the transition from SAP ECC MM to S/4HANA.
- Drive integration between S/4HANA, PLM/Siemens Teamcenter, and MES platforms.
- Support BOM, ECO, material master, inventory consumption, serial number, and WIP integration.
- Manage SAP MM processes including PR, PO, Inventory Management, GR/IR, Vendor Management, Valuation, Account Determination, Release Strategies, and Service Procurement.
- Support integration with SAP FI/CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and Ariba.
- Work with IDocs, APIs, and interface coordination.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and testing deliverables.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and provide client-facing consulting support.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation.
- Deep understanding of S2S/P2P processes.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience.
- Experience with inventory management, material valuation, release strategies, pricing procedures, and account determination.
- Strong SAP MM integration knowledge with FI/CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and Ariba.
- Experience with Fiori and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
Preferred:
- SAP MM Certification.
- Experience with PLM / Siemens Teamcenter and MES / Mendix / OpsCenter.
- Semiconductor industry experience is highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
