Job Description
ERP Project Manager – Oracle EBS
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex manufacturing ERP migration from ManMan to Oracle EBS. The role will manage end-to-end delivery from project mobilization through go-live and hypercare, coordinating business, IT, functional, technical, data, testing, and change-management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end Oracle EBS ERP implementation and migration.
Develop and manage the integrated project plan, milestones, resources, budget, and dependencies.
Coordinate business and IT teams across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, warehouse, data, integrations, testing, and training.
Manage risks, issues, decisions, changes, and project escalations.
Lead data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Manage vendors and implementation partners.
Provide clear project status updates to senior leadership.
Ensure project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Strong experience leading Oracle EBS implementations, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience with ERP migration, data conversion, integrations, testing, cutover, and go-live.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing ERP processes.
Excellent stakeholder, communication, risk, budget, and vendor-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
PMP certification is preferred.
