Job Description
- Freshers can apply for an entry-level Field Service Technician role.
- Company provides paid training for candidates with little or no ATM repair experience.
- Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining ATMs.
- Represents the brand while providing customer support.
- ATM training will be provided by the company
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component (FRU) replacement on ATMs.
- Troubleshoot ATM issues using error logs and diagnostic information.
- Maintain parts inventory and service records.
- Provide service status updates throughout repairs.
- Take ownership of customer issues until resolution according to SLA.
- Follow security and safety procedures while working at financial institutions.
- Submit accurate service reports and documentation.
