Job Description
Lead Consultant – Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Our client is implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep functional expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to guide both technical teams and business stakeholders through a full implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Day to day support for complex Business queries on OTM
Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management
Drive requirements gathering for shipment planning, carrier management, freight settlement, and rating
Lead workshops for fit-gap analysis and solution design
Support integration between OTM and Order Management / Logistics / Finance modules
Lead testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT) and cutover/go-live activities
Provide production support guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams
