Job Description
- 10 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Informatica PowerCenter ETL solutions.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL workflows, mappings, sessions, and workflows in Informatica.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data integration, and data transformation processes.
- Experience troubleshooting ETL failures, data quality issues, and production support incidents.
- Experience creating and maintaining batch jobs using Automic (UC4) or similar enterprise job scheduling tools.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
- Experience working with large datasets and high-volume data processing environments.
- Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and migration methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira (or Apptio), and DevOps processes.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, commissions, or financial services domain is a plus.
- Experience with ETL test automation tools such as QuerySurge for data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing is a plus.
