Job Description
This position will be on the HR IT team and will support our Human Resources & Benefits, Corporate Communications, W&S Print Shop business areas with their business technology / system’s needs.
- We are seeking a contract-to-hire Senior Software Developer I to join our HR IT team, bringing strong expertise in .NET Core, Web APIs, cloud native and RESTful architectures, and AI-enabled solutions.
- This role partners directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while providing technical leadership aligned with SDLC and information security standards.
- Strong Expertise in full stack application architecture and design, microservices and distributed systems, RESTful API development, relational databases, and scalable backend platforms.
- Experience with cross platform development, third party integrations, CI/CD deployment and release management, code quality practices, and technical leadership, including stakeholder collaboration, debugging, root cause analysis, and managing multiple priorities.
