Job Description
Blue Prism QA Analyst (RPA)
We are seeking a Blue Prism QA Analyst with experience testing and validating Blue Prism-based RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and accuracy of automated business processes before deployment into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Blue Prism bots.
- Validate automated workflows against business and functional requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing of RPA solutions.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate closely with RPA Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Verify bot performance, exception handling, and process accuracy.
- Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities.
- Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and QA reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience testing Blue Prism automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software testing processes.
- Experience creating and executing detailed test cases and test plans.
- Ability to analyze defects and coordinate resolution with development teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on RPA projects within QA or testing functions.
- Understanding of the RPA lifecycle and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of other RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus.
