Job Description
Hardware Test Execution Engineer (Silicon) – System Level Test
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hardware validation test plans for post-silicon bring-up.
- Conduct silicon package-level functional testing to validate chip performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with Software, Validation, and Firmware teams to identify and resolve hardware/test issues.
- Automate test setups using Python for efficiency and repeatability.
- Execute Vmin and power characterization across PVT.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for silicon characterization.
- Perform board-level validation, including debugging:
- Signal integrity
- Power
- Interface issues
- Provide continuous improvement of:
- Test frameworks
- Hardware setups
- Lab automation tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in:
- Embedded systems
- Firmware development
- Hardware validation
- 3+ years of professional experience developing, deploying, and maintaining robust test execution environments.
- Proven experience with data parsing and manipulation of large, complex test logs.
