Job Description

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Program Management, leading large-scale enterprise application, and cybersecurity programs.
• Strong experience in IAM, IGA, PAM/CyberArk, Entitlement Management, Access Governance, and Identity Transformation initiatives.
• Technical understanding of ReactJS, Java, REST APIs, Microservices, Datalake Integrations, Cloud Platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programs, release roadmaps, RAID management, executive governance, budgets, and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, preferably in Banking/Financial Services, with experience driving complex cybersecurity and identity modernization programs.
