Job Description

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead requirement discovery workshops, solution elaboration sessions, and stakeholder interviews to define and document functional business requirements.

Documentation & Design: Create high-quality functional specification documents (FSDs), business process flowcharts, traceability matrices, and detailed user stories.

System Integrations: Collaborate with technical teams to map, define, and validate data interfaces, web services, APIs, and middleware integrations between PeopleSoft SCM and external enterprise applications.

Solution Architecture & Validation: Work closely with software engineering and delivery teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and functional designs.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test scenarios, create test scripts, and actively lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Defect & Issue Management: Drive defect triage sessions during testing phases, validate bug fixes, and re-test functional components.

Deployment & Change Support: Assist with deployment planning, standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation, end-user training, and change management initiatives.
- Core Experience: 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst directly supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM environments.
- Mandatory Module Expertise: Hands-on experience supporting all four of the following PeopleSoft 9.2 modules:

- Technical Proficiency:
-
Solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse, and inventory management processes.

Practical understanding of APIs, web services, middleware integration platforms, and data interface protocols.

- Methodologies & Deliverables: Demonstrated experience authoring functional spec documentation, flowcharts/diagrams, user stories, SIT/UAT test plans, and managing defect lifecycles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
