Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise Active Directory (AD) environments.
- Manage AD domains, forests, trusts, Group Policy, DNS, and replication.
- Plan and execute AD migrations, consolidations, and upgrades.
- Implement AD security best practices and hardening.
- Troubleshoot complex AD, DNS, authentication, and replication issues.
- Design and maintain Domain Controllers and high-availability solutions.
- Work with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
- Develop and maintain Group Policy and identity management standards.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity for AD services.
- Create architecture documents, standards, and technical procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Active Directory / Windows Server administration and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, FSMO roles, trusts, and replication.
- Experience with AD migrations and large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID / Hybrid Identity.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory security and hardening.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
