Essential Job Functions
Performs hands-on network administration focused on complex, high-risk, or enterprise-impact operational tasks and changes.
Maintains enterprise network documentation and provides technical leadership through guidance and consultation rather than formal supervision.
Provides expert consultation on network design, enhancements, and integration to support agency initiatives and future needs.
Leads resolution of critical or recurring network issues, providing expert troubleshooting and guiding root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Analyzes network performance and capacity trends, leading optimization and improvement initiatives.
Defines, enforces, and evolves network security standards, operational policies, and governance practices across network environments
