Sr Software Engineer (Java, Node.js, Spring Boot)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and robust software solutions. This role requires the ability to work onsite in our Culver City office 3 days a week, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance features.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Extensive experience with Java, Node.js, and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skill
