Job Description
Seeking a DevOps Developer / Technical Environment Manager to manage multiple SaaS, production, and non-production environments for a large HR & Payroll transformation. The role works closely with System Integrators, SaaS/Product Vendors, IT, Security, Integration, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage environment configuration, deployments, access, data, integrations, and application status.
- Manage production and non-production environments, including environment readiness and data refreshes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, vendor operations, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, maintenance, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and lead/support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage user access/security, batch jobs, monitoring, and operational support.
- Support integrations including SSO, data warehouse, reporting, time systems, and file-transfer systems.
- Support integration, UAT, end-to-end, payroll parallel, go-live, and post-go-live testing.
- Create technical/operational documentation, procedures, and status reports.
- Coordinate with SI and vendors on defects, upgrades, maintenance, SLA, and support.
- Support data conversion, integration, security, disaster recovery, compliance, and business continuity.
- Help establish ongoing operations, maintenance, and support processes.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Operations Architecture, Environment Management, or similar role.
- Experience managing technical environments and configurations for large/complex projects.
- Strong SaaS/cloud administration and monitoring experience.
- Experience with large application implementation or migration.
- Experience across testing, integration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live operations.
- Strong RCA, troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue-resolution experience.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN/VPN, TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, networking, and servers.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and technical delivery teams.
- Experience in Agile and 24x7 operational environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
