Job Description
We are seeking a .NET Tech Lead to manage a new AI-enabled pod team responsible for development on a primary guest-facing mobile application. This role involves leading a team that includes an AI architect, developers, and quality engineers. The position requires a candidate with full-stack experience and exposure to AI tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for an AI-enabled development team.
- Engage in hands-on development, including spec-driven development, back-end development, APIs, and microservices, accounting for approximately 70% of the role.
- Dedicate approximately 30% of time to team synchronization, code reviews, and solutioning.
- Oversee automation testing in both mobile and .NET (version 5+).
- Contribute to the development of the guest-facing mobile application, the Carnival HubApp.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Technical Lead capacity.
- Experience with AI/Spec-Driven Development using tools such as Copilot.
- Mobile development experience with Swift UI or Kotlin.
- Proficiency in .NET Core/C#.
- Experience with automation testing in .NET or mobile environments.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with ASP.NET Web API.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with .NET MVC.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
