Job Description
The State of Connecticut is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Salesforce Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and contribute to the development of the new CT-KIND system.
The role will work closely with the development team and System Integrator across requirements analysis, application development, testing, deployment, maintenance, production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce.
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using OOP principles and appropriate design patterns.
- Analyze and validate business and technical requirements.
- Participate throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support existing custom Salesforce applications.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the CT-KIND system.
- Collaborate with the System Integrator on development, knowledge transfer, and ongoing maintenance.
- Analyze requirements related to application integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and application issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned work from requirements through implementation and production support.

Critical Candidate Requirements

- Be located within approximately 1 hour of Hartford, CT.
- Be willing and able to work onsite in Hartford one day per week.
- Be available for an in-person/onsite interview.
- Be able to clearly explain their actual Salesforce projects, responsibilities, technical decisions, and contributions.
