Job Description
Technical Lead Analys must have a strong Access background to assist our client in Analyzing their current and future state and come up with Solutions to replace Access. Seeking candidates specializing in Microsoft Access to bridge legacy database architecture with modern enterprise data systems, to drivie analysis, VBA automation, multi-user hardening, and create roadmaps
Core Responsibilities
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize relational schemas, complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Lead projects moving legacy file-based Access systems toward scalable enterprise platforms
- Must have Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business reporting requirements into technical specs
- Must have Expert knowledge in working with Microsoft Access, SAP and SQL
- Ability to navigate through various complex systems, deliver quality solution with in budget and schedule. , Expert
- Ability to understand projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives., Expert
- Knowledge of architecture, application development, data structure and analysis techniques and methods., Expert
- Proficiency in reading security patterns and audit reports to adhere with standards. , Expert
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment., Expert
- Understanding of Project Management and translating organization objectives into goals.
