Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions according to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between standard SAP functionality and client requirements and propose viable solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including cost centers, internal orders, profit center accounting, activity and overhead cost allocation, and product costing.
- Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, and coordinate system integration tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO operations.
- Prepare and deliver training materials for end-users.
- Maintain and update existing SAP FICO configurations as per changing business needs.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO developments and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP FICO functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules ( SD, MM, PP).
- Strong experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
- Good understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- SAP certification in Cost Controlling would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required by projects.
- Auto and Auto parts Industry experience.
- Base work location: 305 Stanley Boulevard, Shelbyville, Tennessee, 37160 (If the candidate is not in the vicinity, he/she must accept travel) Chinese Language knowledge or working with China team will be added advantage
