Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing large, complex, multi-year projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
- Intermediate-level knowledge and experience with the Atlassian tool suite.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Salesforce technology.
- Thorough knowledge of PMBOK project management practices, including cost management, benefits analysis, risk management, resource management, and change control.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies, IT governance frameworks, tools, and approaches for successful project implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, influence, and support project teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify project issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across business and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business knowledge of Title IV-D (IV-D) programs and Child Support Enforcement.
- Experience working with state government agencies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Agile project management certifications.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
