Job Description
Business Analyst (Medicaid Management Information System)
The eBTDS Business Analysts shall track and report delivery operations to provide visibility into the creation, review, and approval of UAT test-scenarios and cases. The Business Analysts are responsible for creating testcases based on business scenarios and are expected to collaborate with the supported Program Area, the eTMO, and the broader TennCare UAT community (such as Designated Module/Application Vendor(s) and IS Contractor).
Mandatory Qualifications
— Shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis related to large-scale or Enterprise-Wide healthcare IT services contract or implementation
— Shall possess previous experience in developing and signing-off on test Deliverables for complex IT systems
— Shall possess a strong understanding of requirements management processes and tools
— Shall be proficient in using testing tools and methodologies
— Shall be knowledgeable of MMIS, healthcare eligibility, enrollment, coverage determination, and other related functions.
