Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the Commercial Credit Technology organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Mule ESB, and enterprise integrations.
The candidate will work within an Agile team to deliver business objectives prioritized during PI Planning. This role involves developing, enhancing, testing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce applications while following Salesforce development best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with onsite teams to understand business requirements and customize existing technology solutions.
- Develop, enhance, test, maintain, and debug Salesforce applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Support multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
- Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and test plans.
- Develop automated test cases using automation tools.
- Provide production support and weekend on-call assistance during application releases.
- Estimate story points, contribute to technical design, and participate in code reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and development best practices.
- Take ownership of team deliverables and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Mule ESB or ETL integration, including at least 2–4 integrations.
- Minimum of 3–4 Salesforce implementations for large enterprises, preferably involving Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with significant customizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Apex Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Visualforce
- Advanced Visualforce Components
- Knowledge of Chatter API and Salesforce technical architecture.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce design and development best practices.
- Experience with automation tools and developing automated test suites.
- Ability to provide technical estimates, design solutions, review code, and mentor junior developers.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting production releases and resolving production issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business requirements.
- Experience with SAFe Agile and onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Knowledge of Salesforce release management and Metadata API.
- Experience integrating Salesforce through Web Services APIs.
- Experience with Agile and Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies.
- Understanding of functional testing, test scenarios, and automation scripts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with international virtual teams in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of nCino, Informatica, ETL, and RDBMS.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning implementations.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
