Job Description
Salesforce Engineer (with Release Management background)
We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and release management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Git, GitHub Workflows, Apex, and JavaScript, along with the ability to troubleshoot deployment failures and support release management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage Salesforce release management activities.
- Work with Git and GitHub Workflows to manage source control and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Collaborate with engineering and release management teams to ensure smooth deployments.
- Support release coordination and execution across development environments.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve release-related issues.
- Work with Agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted development technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a role involving release management responsibilities. This may include a Release Management, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Engineering role.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time Salesforce Engineering experience.
- Strong skills with Git and GitHub Workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce programming, including:
- Apex
- JavaScript
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical and deployment failures.
- Basic familiarity with Agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted development.
