Role: Workday HCM Technical Consultant
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Note: Past USAA experience is mandatory
Role Description
· Associate should have previous experience working with USAA client,
· Strong Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT)
· Ability to understand HCM Workday load data Conversion loads? Strong understanding in End to End Workday business process testing
· Having active Workday Certification is an advantage.
· Application Experience:Workday, ServiceNow, Postman, SoapUI, Jira, Qtest, Microsoft Office Suite, Winscp.Personnel and Organization Management: Configure Supervisory Organization, Locations, Job Family, Job Profile and Benefit Plan
· Compensation: Compensation package, compensation grade, and compensation plan
· Business Process: Hire/ Rehire Action, Approval, Approval Chain and Checklist
· Security: Security roles and groups to the requirement level of confidentiality
· Custom Reports: Simple and Advance reports, calculated fields
· Workday functional areas: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Management and Time Tracking.
· Integrations: Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), PRISM, Web Services, REST APIs, RaaS APIs, WSDLs, Payroll Integration Common Output File (PICOFs) or Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI
