Job Description/ Skills: Asset management expertise with a focus on software. Understand the risk dimension related to End-of-Life management. Should also have hardware understanding. Should understand process engineering for this specific domain.
3. ServiceNow - ETS RISK - VR & AUDIT
Note: Security / VR and Audit Enhancements
Job Description/ Skills: Understands risk and audit domains to support GRC.
4. ServiceNow - Workforce Optimization
Job Description/ Skills: Strong understanding of event management in ServiceNow with experience in integration to other event data sources. Familiarity with ITOM Pro Plus an advantage.
5. ServiceNow UX Analyst
Job Description/ Skills: UX Design Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers to translate user insights into design solutions for ServiceNow applications and modules. Provide feedback on wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts to ensure alignment with user needs.
