Job Description

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design solutions and improve business performance.
• Develop business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other deliverables.
• Assist Product Owners in researching and defining requirements, establishing user stories, and prioritizing backlogs.
• Provide subject matter expertise in retirement plan administration, including 401(k), 403(b), PSP, MPP, and other plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to retirement plans.
• Conduct data profiling exercises and represent details visually for reporting and decision-making.
• Support Agile practices and facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, and Daily Stand-up.
