Job Title: GIS IT Support Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – Remote & Onsite)

GIS IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for Esri ArcGIS applications. This role is perfect for candidates with 3+ years of ArcGIS Desktop experience who are passionate about troubleshooting, customer support, and GIS technology.

 

Provide 1st-tier technical support for Esri ArcGIS users

Troubleshoot and resolve issues for ArcGIS Desktop, Enterprise applications, and mobile solutions

Assist with system validation and maintenance of GIS applications

Develop and conduct training programs for GDOT GIS users

Work with EGIS & IT teams to enhance GIS solutions

 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3+ years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro)

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
