Job Title: Programmer Analyst 6 - GIS Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled GIS Developer to join our team in building an ESRI GIS/Custom solution. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in an Agile team to deliver high-quality source code and provide geospatial data support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver high-quality source code
- Implement code to meet acceptance criteria from user stories
- Translate business requirements into innovative technical applications
- Interact with clients to determine requirements and needs
- Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability

Required Experience & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical area (mathematics, computer science, engineering, or information systems)
- Professional experience with Esri software (ArcGIS Online, Enterprise)
- 2+ years of experience with ESRI SAAS solutions
- Programming and scripting experience with Python and JavaScript
- Web development experience in (link unavailable), C#, and JavaScript (including jQuery)
- Experience with Test Driven Development and Azure Devops

Preferred Experience & Skills:

- 4+ years of Agile experience
- Recent experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience with GIT, Oracle or SQL Servers, and continuous integration
- Experience with AngularJS or similar frameworks
